Submit the application with your contractor license or resale certificate.

Get verified

We confirm your trade status, then set up your account and pricing tier.

Step 3

Start ordering

Your pricing applies to every order, at both showrooms and on delivery.

Application form

Download the dealer and contractor application.

One form opens a contractor or wholesale account. Fill it in, attach a copy of your contractor license and driver’s license, and send it back to us by email. We review it and set up your trade pricing.

What we ask from you

Dealer and Contractor Application

Business details: company, owner, address, phone, email, resale certificate number.

Contractor license number and expiry, plus copies of the license and a driver’s license.

Authorized users and your business type: contractor, retailer, distributor, designer, or builder.

The top two product lines you currently sell, and three sample doors you would like.
